Study Abroad is Affordable with Hollins!

At Hollins, we believe study abroad should be accessible. Thanks to our longstanding partnerships with universities and study abroad organizations around the world, students benefit from high-quality programs at affordable costs.

To further support global learning, Hollins offers need-based study abroad scholarships for eligible students. While scholarships are not guaranteed, students who are accepted into a study abroad program and complete the scholarship application process will be considered.

Please note: Scholarships are awarded for the specific term in which the student studies abroad and cannot be applied to other terms.

Click here to visit the Hollins Experiential Learning Funding Opportunities landing page on Hollins' SharePoint site, where you'll find detailed information about eligibility, application timelines, and more.  Still have questions about Hollins study abroad scholarships? Reach out to us at elapps@hollins.edu — we're happy to help!

If you are in need of additional funding to support your study abroad and/or are considering applying for any external funding, be sure to contact the Hollins Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid at SFA@hollins.edu. They can advise you on any additional funding possibilities, if applicable, and how possible external funding may impact your overall financial aid package.

Also note that Hollins students are not eligible to apply for any scholarships through our partner programs.

The Global Learning Office is not able to provide individual financial advising related to study abroad funding. Please reach out to SFA@hollins.edu for any questions or advising on financial aid matters.
