Withdrawals
Students who withdraw from the program after accepting admission must submit written notice to the Office of International Programs confirming their decision. If the payment deadline has passed, students will be responsible for payment of the application fee (if applicable) and the program deposit/administrative fee as well as any expenses already incurred on their behalf, including but not limited to: homestay contracts, transportation passes, etc..
If a student decides to withdraw and fails to submit any written notification of their withdrawal and/or fail to show up at the program site, they may be financially responsible for the entire program fee.
